  Absolutely the best customer service I have experinced in a long time. Mike took the time to explain the features of all the mattresses and bases we were interested in. No high pressure sales at all. We purchased the Sapphire Sleep Cool Phase with the adjustable base and was able to get it delivered the 2nd day after purchase.
